This role bridges commercial analytics and operational execution, ensuring that insights translate into improved performance and smarter decisions. It&rsquo;s a hands-on entry-level role ideal for candidates eager to learn the full life cycle of a global food and beverage business.Key Responsibilities:1. Operations &amp; Supply Chain<ul><li>Track inbound shipments, container arrivals, and warehouse inventory levels.</li><li>Assist in preparing weekly demand forecasts and replenishment reports.</li><li>Support documentation and compliance (BOL, COA, FSMA, organic certification).</li><li>Maintain SKU master data&mdash;pricing, pack size, GTINs, item number and freight cost</li><li>updates.</li></ul>2. Marketing &amp; Brand Analytics<ul><li>Compile sales and retail data (IRI/Nielsen/Amazon/other) to evaluate brand performance.</li><li>Support product launches, packaging updates, and promotional calendars.</li><li>Conduct category benchmarking across coconut water, milk, and snack segments.</li><li>Manage e-commerce data dashboards for Amazon, Shopify, and online partners.</li></ul>3. Sales Analysis &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Build weekly and monthly dashboards by customer, SKU, and channel.</li><li>Support account-level reporting, trade spend, and margin analysis.</li><li>Prepare retailer and distributor pitch decks and sales presentations.</li><li>Assist in quarterly forecasting and business review materials.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field.</li><li>Strong AI bot, Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with QuickBooks, Power BI, or</li><li>Odoo ERP preferred.</li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Clear written and verbal communication, with attention to detail.</li><li>Interest in food &amp;amp; beverage, sustainability, and global trade.</li></ul>Career Path &amp; Learning:<ul><li>Exposure to the full business cycle&mdash;import logistics, category management, marketing, and retail execution.</li><li>Professional development in global supply chain, CPG marketing, and analytics.</li><li>Growth opportunities toward roles such as Supply Chain Coordinator, Brand Analyst, or Sales Planner.</li></ul>Pay: $52,957.13 - $63,776.32 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
