Position Summary:

The Operations, Marketing & Sales Analyst supports the business by collecting, analyzing, and communicating key data across sales, marketing, and supply chain functions. This role bridges commercial analytics and operational execution, ensuring that insights translate into improved performance and smarter decisions. It’s a hands-on entry-level role ideal for candidates eager to learn the full life cycle of a global food and beverage business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations & Supply Chain

  • Track inbound shipments, container arrivals, and warehouse inventory levels.
  • Assist in preparing weekly demand forecasts and replenishment reports.
  • Support documentation and compliance (BOL, COA, FSMA, organic certification).
  • Maintain SKU master data—pricing, pack size, GTINs, item number and freight cost
  • updates.

2. Marketing & Brand Analytics

  • Compile sales and retail data (IRI/Nielsen/Amazon/other) to evaluate brand performance.
  • Support product launches, packaging updates, and promotional calendars.
  • Conduct category benchmarking across coconut water, milk, and snack segments.
  • Manage e-commerce data dashboards for Amazon, Shopify, and online partners.

3. Sales Analysis & Reporting

  • Build weekly and monthly dashboards by customer, SKU, and channel.
  • Support account-level reporting, trade spend, and margin analysis.
  • Prepare retailer and distributor pitch decks and sales presentations.
  • Assist in quarterly forecasting and business review materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong AI bot, Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with QuickBooks, Power BI, or
  • Odoo ERP preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, with attention to detail.
  • Interest in food & beverage, sustainability, and global trade.

Pay: $52,957.13 - $63,776.32 per year
