Overview We are seeking an experienced bi-lingual (English-Spanish) Litigation Paralegal. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in personal injury/litigation. This role requires excellent organizational skills, be responsive, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a commitment to providing exceptional support to our attorneys throughout the litigation process.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist attorneys in preparing for pre-litigation cases and litigation, hearings, and meetings by conducting legal research and drafting necessary documents.</li><li>Manage case files and maintain organized documentation.</li><li>Conduct interviews with clients and witnesses to gather relevant information for cases.</li><li>Prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.</li><li>Review and summarize legal documents and case files for attorney review.</li><li>Communication with insurance companies and medical providers.</li><li>Support various areas of law including not required but prefered, family law, estate planning, immigration law.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven paralegal experience in a litigation environment is essential.</li><li>Strong knowledge of legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.</li><li>Familiarity with legal case management processes and document review procedures.</li><li>Excellent writing skills with proficiency in legal drafting and proofreading.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.</li><li>Experience in project management within a legal context is preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining confidentiality.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.</li></ul>Job Types: Contract, TemporaryPay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hourExpected hours: 2 &ndash; 4 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
