Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurate processing payroll, onboarding new employees, supporting benefits administration, and handling a variety of administrative duties. The ideal candidate will bring strong payroll knowledge, excellent accuracy, and ability to work collaboratively across HR, accounting and operations.Responsibilities<ul><li>Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on schedule using ADP payroll systems.</li><li>Reconcile payroll data with accounting records, including SAP or comparable financial systems.</li><li>Review and reconcile payroll transactions, benefits deductions, and tax filings.</li><li>Enter and verify employee hours, deductions, benefits, and tax information with a high level of accuracy.</li><li>Process new employee paperwork and ensure all required payroll and benefit information is entered correctly.</li><li>Assist with employee benefits administration and related payroll adjustments.</li><li>Maintain accurate employee payroll records and support compliance requirements.</li><li>Prepare documentation and reports for tax agencies and other regulatory bodies.</li><li>Perform general administrative duties in support of payroll, HR, and office operations.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience processing payroll using ADP or a similar system.</li><li>Strong understanding of accounting basics, including journal entries, debits and credits, and general ledger reconciliation.</li><li>Familiarity with payroll-related financial processes, benefits administration, and tax reporting.</li><li>SAP experience preferred.</li><li>Excellent data entry skills and strong attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to analyze payroll data and resolve discrepancies efficiently.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience with new hire processing and administrative support preferred.</li></ul>Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
