LTC Therapy: Quincy is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team within a skilled nursing facility. This role offers the opportunity to provide individualized therapy services that support resident mobility, safety, endurance, and functional independence.
Primary Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Conduct physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans</li><li>
Provide treatment focused on balance, gait training, strengthening, transfers, mobility, and pain management</li><li>
Collaborate with PTA staff and interdisciplinary care teams to support resident recovery goals</li><li>
Monitor resident progress and update treatment plans based on clinical performance</li><li>
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation</li></ul>

Qualifications:<ul><li>
Active Physical Therapist license required</li><li>
