LTC Therapy: Quincy is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team within a skilled nursing facility. This role offers the opportunity to provide individualized therapy services that support resident mobility, safety, endurance, and functional independence.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide treatment focused on balance, gait training, strengthening, transfers, mobility, and pain management
• Collaborate with PTA staff and interdisciplinary care teams to support resident recovery goals
• Monitor resident progress and update treatment plans based on clinical performance
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license required
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
