Employment Type: Full-time, Shift-based (Morning &amp; Night)Luban Spa is seeking a passionate, dynamic, and experienced Spa Supervisor &amp; Trainer to join our growing team. Inspired by the standards of Dubai&rsquo;s finest 5-star luxury spas, this role requires a balance of operational excellence, leadership, and creativity to elevate our spa to world-class levels.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead day-to-day spa operations with professionalism and high ownership.</li><li>Supervise and motivate the spa team to consistently deliver 5-star guest experiences.</li><li>Train and mentor spa therapists in treatments, hygiene, service, and upselling techniques.</li><li>Ensure treatment rooms, facilities, and spa environment meet luxury hotel standards.</li><li>Support management in driving team performance, cohesion, and service excellence.</li><li>Curate innovative treatments, monthly experiences, and wellness packages aligned with Luban Spa&rsquo;s philosophy.</li><li>Contribute to PR, marketing campaigns, and business development initiatives to grow the brand.</li><li>Drive sales performance through coaching, motivation, and accountability of spa therapists.</li><li>Monitor revenue targets, optimize resources, and improve operational efficiency.</li><li>Take ownership of projects, make decisions, and provide creative solutions to challenges.</li><li>Run errands and assist in tasks outside the spa when required, maintaining flexibility and a team-player attitude.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years&rsquo; experience as a Spa Therapist with at least 2 years in supervisory/management roles.</li><li>Strong knowledge of spa and wellness treatments, guest journey, and hospitality standards.</li><li>Proven experience in sales, revenue growth, and staff performance development.</li><li>Understanding of hygiene protocols, spa room setup, and luxury service expectations.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with an aptitude for PR, marketing, and business development.</li><li>Creative, resourceful, and solution-oriented with a passion for wellness and holistic living.</li><li>Strong leadership, training, and motivational skills.</li><li>Ability to work flexible shifts (morning &amp; night) and handle multi-task responsibilities.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Opportunity to be part of a luxury spa brand with a vision to redefine wellness.</li><li>Be part of building a brand</li><li>Professional growth and continuous training.</li><li>A supportive team culture with room for creativity and innovation.</li><li>Competitive salary + performance incentives.</li></ul>If you are a self-starter, passionate about wellness, and eager to lead a team towards excellence&mdash;we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.Apply now: lubanspa.management@gmail.comJob Type: Full-timePay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>team management: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>
