• Client welcome & guest care
• Booking management (phone, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
• Scheduling therapists + daily coordination
• Managing payments & POS
• Daily sales reporting & reconciliation
• Procurement coordination (supplies, stock follow-ups)
• Supporting social media content & reels
• Assistance with influencer collaborations
• Helping maintain luxury guest experience
