We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee and optimize our production operations.Job Summary:We are looking for a seasoned Production Manager with extensive experience in soccer ball manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing production lines, ensuring quality control, and implementing lean manufacturing principles.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, schedule, and execute production to meet deadlines efficiently.</li><li>Oversee raw material procurement, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.</li><li>Ensure product quality, consistency, and compliance with international standards (e.g., FIFA, ISO).</li><li>Lead, motivate, and train production staff to achieve high-quality productivity.</li><li>Implement lean manufacturing principles, such as Six Sigma or Total Quality Management (TQM).</li><li>Monitor and control production costs, waste reduction, and scrap management.</li><li>Collaborate with QA, R&amp;D, and sales teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.</li><li>Develop and implement innovative process improvements and best practices.</li><li>Maintain adherence to occupational safety and environmental policies.</li><li>Prepare and present reports on production, offering strategic insights.</li><li>Handle production challenges, such as equipment failures or supply delays, with flexibility and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in soccer ball manufacturing or a related industry.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.</li><li>Proven knowledge of quality control techniques, such as Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.</li><li>Familiarity with compliance standards and certifications associated with sporting goods manufacturing.</li><li>Analytical skills for troubleshooting and minimizing production downtime.</li><li>Experience in budget handling and production expense tracking to identify cost-saving opportunities.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems is a plus.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Knowledge of international quality standards (e.g., FIFA, ISO).</li><li>Basic experience with continuous improvement methodologies, such as Kaizen or TQM.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive Salary</li><li>Benefits: Complimentary lunch, social security and medical care</li><li>Type: Full-time role.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
