We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee and optimize our production operations.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Production Manager with extensive experience in soccer ball manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing production lines, ensuring quality control, and implementing lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and execute production to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Oversee raw material procurement, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
• Ensure product quality, consistency, and compliance with international standards (e.g., FIFA, ISO).
• Lead, motivate, and train production staff to achieve high-quality productivity.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles, such as Six Sigma or Total Quality Management (TQM).
• Monitor and control production costs, waste reduction, and scrap management.
• Collaborate with QA, R&D, and sales teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and implement innovative process improvements and best practices.
• Maintain adherence to occupational safety and environmental policies.
• Prepare and present reports on production, offering strategic insights.
• Handle production challenges, such as equipment failures or supply delays, with flexibility and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in soccer ball manufacturing or a related industry.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proven knowledge of quality control techniques, such as Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.
• Familiarity with compliance standards and certifications associated with sporting goods manufacturing.
• Analytical skills for troubleshooting and minimizing production downtime.
• Experience in budget handling and production expense tracking to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of international quality standards (e.g., FIFA, ISO).
• Basic experience with continuous improvement methodologies, such as Kaizen or TQM.
