We&rsquo;re scaling fast and seeking a Marketing Director to elevate our brand, unify our digital systems, and drive measurable growth across all markets.Position OverviewThe Marketing Director owns the full marketing function &mdash; from creative design and digital execution to strategic campaign leadership and platform integration. This is not an assistant role. You&rsquo;ll lead all marketing initiatives, manage creative assets, and build systems that enable company-wide growth and visibility.Key ResponsibilitiesBranding &amp; Design<ul><li>Oversee and execute all brand design assets including Annual Update packet, White Papers, postcards, flyers, and business cards.</li><li>Design and manage trade show, sponsorship, and advertising materials for multiple state associations.</li><li>Maintain and evolve brand identity across envelopes, letterhead, digital templates, apparel, and signage.</li><li>Lead creative for customer appreciation campaigns, swag, stickers, and promotional mailings.</li><li>Manage brand asset library for easy company-wide reuse.</li></ul>Digital Marketing &amp; Campaigns<ul><li>Oversee website design, development, and SEO strategy; manage ongoing upgrades and UX improvements.</li><li>Lead newsletter strategy (layout, content, contact management, analytics, engagement).</li><li>Execute email marketing campaigns beyond newsletters (drip, re-engagement, prospect nurturing).</li><li>Manage and elevate all social media accounts with consistent brand storytelling and metrics tracking.</li><li>Produce short-form video content for social, email, and internal platforms.</li></ul>Strategic Marketing Leadership<ul><li>Run weekly marketing meetings and manage task execution and agendas.</li><li>Oversee all trade show planning, budgets, and promotional campaigns.</li><li>Partner with ownership to drive brand growth in emerging markets (Nevada, Arizona).</li><li>Lead generation through digital campaigns, paid ads, and marketing automation.</li><li>Align and consolidate marketing tech stack (Copper CRM, Mailchimp, BuilderTrend) into a unified CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot.</li><li>Support internal documentation: policies, procedures, templates, and training resources.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).</li><li>5+ years in marketing leadership, ideally within construction, design, or B2B services.</li><li>Proven record in website management, CRM integration, and campaign execution.</li><li>Strong design skills (Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar) and ability to manage digital vendors.</li><li>Experience in video production, content strategy, and marketing analytics.</li><li>Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.</li></ul>Why Join LuckyDog<ul><li>Entrepreneurial culture with growth opportunity and direct executive exposure.</li><li>Play a pivotal role in scaling a multi-state brand.</li><li>Competitive pay, performance bonuses, and creative freedom.</li><li>Mission-driven company that builds safe, beautiful play environments for communities.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $25,000.00 - $50,000.00 per yearExpected hours: 15 &ndash; 20 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
