We partner with cities, schools, and developers to create exceptional outdoor spaces. We’re scaling fast and seeking a Marketing Director to elevate our brand, unify our digital systems, and drive measurable growth across all markets.
Position Overview
The Marketing Director owns the full marketing function — from creative design and digital execution to strategic campaign leadership and platform integration. This is not an assistant role. You’ll lead all marketing initiatives, manage creative assets, and build systems that enable company-wide growth and visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Branding & Design
- Oversee and execute all brand design assets including Annual Update packet, White Papers, postcards, flyers, and business cards.
- Design and manage trade show, sponsorship, and advertising materials for multiple state associations.
- Maintain and evolve brand identity across envelopes, letterhead, digital templates, apparel, and signage.
- Lead creative for customer appreciation campaigns, swag, stickers, and promotional mailings.
- Manage brand asset library for easy company-wide reuse.
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
- Oversee website design, development, and SEO strategy; manage ongoing upgrades and UX improvements.
- Lead newsletter strategy (layout, content, contact management, analytics, engagement).
- Execute email marketing campaigns beyond newsletters (drip, re-engagement, prospect nurturing).
- Manage and elevate all social media accounts with consistent brand storytelling and metrics tracking.
- Produce short-form video content for social, email, and internal platforms.
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Run weekly marketing meetings and manage task execution and agendas.
- Oversee all trade show planning, budgets, and promotional campaigns.
- Partner with ownership to drive brand growth in emerging markets (Nevada, Arizona).
- Lead generation through digital campaigns, paid ads, and marketing automation.
- Align and consolidate marketing tech stack (Copper CRM, Mailchimp, BuilderTrend) into a unified CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Support internal documentation: policies, procedures, templates, and training resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years in marketing leadership, ideally within construction, design, or B2B services.
- Proven record in website management, CRM integration, and campaign execution.
- Strong design skills (Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar) and ability to manage digital vendors.
- Experience in video production, content strategy, and marketing analytics.
- Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
