Licensing: Valid NJ Property &amp; Casualty License is required or must be obtained within 90 days of employment.</p><p>
Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or related roles is preferred but not mandatory.</p><p>
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a knack for building rapport and trust.</p><p>
Tech Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and other digital communication tools is a plus.</p><p>
Team-focused: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve company goals.</p><p>
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hybrid remote setting while maintaining productivity and motivation.</p><p>
Problem-solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess clients' needs and provide tailored solutions.</p></div>
