Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Annual Base Salary + Commission
Flexible ScheduleLicensing: Valid NJ Property & Casualty License is required or must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or related roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a knack for building rapport and trust.
Tech Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and other digital communication tools is a plus.
Team-focused: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve company goals.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hybrid remote setting while maintaining productivity and motivation.
Problem-solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess clients' needs and provide tailored solutions.

Portfolio Management: Maintain and manage client portfolios, ensuring accuracy and updating coverage as needed.
Relationship Development: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, enhancing their trust and loyalty to our agency.
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed of trends, regulations, and competitive products in the insurance industry to provide informed and up-to-date advice to clients.
