In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing designs that align with brand vision and market trends. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where creativity and technical skill collide to produce outstanding results.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop original design concepts for apparel or visual marketing materials that resonate with target audiences</li><li>Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator to create detailed sketches, illustrations, and digital prototypes</li><li>Collaborate with product development teams to translate design ideas into tangible products through garment construction and pattern making</li><li>Manage the entire product lifecycle from initial concept through production, ensuring designs meet quality standards and deadlines</li><li>Incorporate color theory, fashion styling, and merchandising principles to craft visually appealing collections and displays</li><li>Conduct trend research within fashion retail environments to stay ahead of industry shifts and customer preferences</li><li>Prepare detailed technical drawings using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software for manufacturing specifications</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in fashion design, graphic design, or related creative fields with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) along with CAD software for technical design work</li><li>Knowledge of garment construction techniques and sewing machine operation for prototype development</li><li>Familiarity with product lifecycle management processes from concept to production</li><li>Strong understanding of color theory, fashion styling, and merchandising strategies within the fashion retail sector</li><li>Ability to illustrate ideas effectively through sketching or digital illustration tools such as Adobe Illustrator or specialized fashion software</li><li>Experience with theater costume design or set styling is a plus, demonstrating versatility in visual storytelling</li><li>Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and merchandising</li><li>A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines</li></ul>Join us as a Designer and unleash your creativity in an energetic environment that values innovation!
