<ul><li>Production Planning &amp; Scheduling:</li><li>Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to meet delivery timelines.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement, design, and assembly teams to ensure materials and components are available for production.</li><li>Process Optimization:</li><li>Analyze and improve production workflows, layouts, and workstations to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.</li><li>Implement lean manufacturing practices, Six Sigma tools, and other process improvement methods.</li><li>Quality Control &amp; Assurance:</li><li>Monitor and maintain product quality in accordance with ISO and relevant elevator industry standards (e.g., EN 81, ASME A17.1).</li><li>Collaborate with QA/QC teams to address non-conformities and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Technical Support:</li><li>Provide engineering support to solve technical issues in production, including welding, machining, sheet metal fabrication, and assembly.</li><li>Assist in the development and modification of manufacturing jigs, fixtures, and tooling.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Reporting:</li><li>Maintain production records, process documentation, and reports for audits and management review.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.</li><li>Cross-functional Coordination:</li><li>Work closely with R&amp;D, Design, Procurement, and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless production and integration of new models and technologies.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Production Engineer

<ul><li>Create 2D and 3D mechanical designs and drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).</li><li>Develop detailed design documentation including BOMs (Bill of Materials), assembly drawings, and fabrication details.</li><li>Collaborate with the production, purchase, and quality departments for design implementation and improvement.</li><li>Modify existing designs to improve efficiency, cost, or functionality.</li><li>Ensure designs meet regulatory and safety standards applicable to the product.</li><li>Conduct tolerance analysis, material selection, and cost estimation for mechanical components.</li><li>Provide technical support during prototype development and product testing.</li><li>Maintain organized records of design versions, revisions, and engineering change requests.</li><li>Participate in design review meetings and present concepts to cross-functional teams.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;11,987.69 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
