We are an established and growing personal injury law firm seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Bilingual Receptionist (English/Spanish) to join our team.As the first point of contact for our clients, this role is incredibly important to the overall client experience. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within a legal setting and be part of a supportive, team-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Answering and routing calls on a multi-line phone system</li><li>Checking and responding to voicemail messages</li><li>Scheduling appointments and making outbound calls</li><li>Greeting clients and maintaining a professional, welcoming front lobby</li><li>Opening, organizing, and distributing incoming mail and faxes</li><li>Scanning, copying, and filing documents</li><li>Maintaining organization of the office, break room, and copy room</li><li>Stocking and organizing supplies, including the coffee station and office materials</li><li>Assisting with light clerical tasks such as data entry, as needed</li><li>Daily drop-off of outgoing mail</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)</li><li>Previous receptionist, front desk, or office experience (required)</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li><li>Comfortable handling a busy phone system</li><li>Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Basic computer skills (email, scanning, data entry)</li></ul>Schedule &ndash; Full Time<ul><li>Monday &ndash; Thursday: 8:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM</li><li>Friday: 8:00 AM &ndash; 2:30 PM</li></ul>Why Join Our TeamWe truly value the role our receptionist plays in the success of our office and the experience we provide to our clients.
