This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your bartending skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values professionalism, respect, and a positive attitude.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of brunch cocktails, beverages, and mocktails with precision and flair.</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued throughout their visit.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols.</li><li>Become comfortable using Toast POS systems for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling.</li><li>Handle cash transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in retail math and cash handling procedures.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy brunch hours, managing time effectively to serve guests promptly.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in bartending, especially within fine dining or brunch settings; banquet experience is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with Toast POS systems for efficient order processing.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for diverse guests.</li><li>Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and proper alcohol serving procedures.</li><li>Experience in roles that require multitasking and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for sales transactions and retail math tasks.
