Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of brunch cocktails, beverages, and mocktails with precision and flair.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols.
• Become comfortable using Toast POS systems for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in retail math and cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy brunch hours, managing time effectively to serve guests promptly.

Skills

• Proven experience in bartending, especially within fine dining or brunch settings; banquet experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Toast POS systems for efficient order processing.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for diverse guests.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and proper alcohol serving procedures.
• Experience in roles that require multitasking and attention to detail.
