Come grow with us!Position OverviewAre you an experienced, motivated electrician with a talent for leading teams and running work efficiently? We&rsquo;re seeking a Lead Electrician to take charge of jobsite operations, guide crews, and ensure each project is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. In this role, you&rsquo;ll be the on-site leader&mdash;setting expectations, coordinating work, solving challenges, and keeping communication clear between the field, project managers, and GC teams.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Lead and supervise a team of 4&ndash;12 electricians, delegating tasks, providing direction, and ensuring high-quality workmanship.</li><li>Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring progress aligns with schedule and installation standards.</li><li>Interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and NEC requirements to plan and execute installations correctly.</li><li>Install, troubleshoot, and lead the crew in completing electrical systems including wiring, devices, conduits, feeders, lighting, panels, switchgear, and transformers.</li><li>Perform and oversee advanced EMT bending (offsets, saddles, rolling offsets, back-to-back, etc.).</li><li>Coordinate closely with the Project Manager and GC Superintendent to maintain workflow, resolve issues, and communicate needs.</li><li>Maintain strict safety standards in alignment with OSHA and company guidelines.</li><li>Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are tracked, stocked, and used efficiently.</li><li>Train, mentor, and support electricians and apprentices to help them advance and succeed.</li><li>Keep the jobsite clean, organized, and professional at all times.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Valid State of Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician License.</li><li>5+ years of commercial electrical experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.</li><li>Experience running crews or leading jobsite operations preferred.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the confidence to coordinate with GCs, PMs, and team members.</li><li>OSHA 30 certification preferred.</li><li>Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.</li><li>A proactive, detail-oriented professional who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>A company that values your leadership, expertise, and long-term career growth.</li><li>Opportunities to run larger projects, lead bigger crews, and advance into higher roles.</li><li>Competitive compensation with clear pathways for development.</li><li>A supportive team culture built on trust, safety, respect, and pride in craft.</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>8-hour shifts, Monday&ndash;Friday</li><li>Overtime available</li><li>Saturdays as needed</li></ul>Pay Range$35 &ndash; $42 per hour Actual pay is based on experience, certifications, leadership ability, and qualifications.Benefits<ul><li>Health insurance with low employee cost</li><li>401(k) retirement plan</li><li>Paid time off &amp; paid holidays</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li><li>Professional development &amp; leadership training</li></ul>Ready to lead your own projects and grow your career with a company that invests in you?
