Position Overview

Are you an experienced, motivated electrician with a talent for leading teams and running work efficiently? We’re seeking a Lead Electrician to take charge of jobsite operations, guide crews, and ensure each project is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
In this role, you’ll be the on-site leader—setting expectations, coordinating work, solving challenges, and keeping communication clear between the field, project managers, and GC teams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise a team of 4–12 electricians, delegating tasks, providing direction, and ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring progress aligns with schedule and installation standards.
• Interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and NEC requirements to plan and execute installations correctly.
• Install, troubleshoot, and lead the crew in completing electrical systems including wiring, devices, conduits, feeders, lighting, panels, switchgear, and transformers.
• Perform and oversee advanced EMT bending (offsets, saddles, rolling offsets, back-to-back, etc.).
• Coordinate closely with the Project Manager and GC Superintendent to maintain workflow, resolve issues, and communicate needs.
• Maintain strict safety standards in alignment with OSHA and company guidelines.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are tracked, stocked, and used efficiently.
• Train, mentor, and support electricians and apprentices to help them advance and succeed.
• Keep the jobsite clean, organized, and professional at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid State of Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician License.
• 5+ years of commercial electrical experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Experience running crews or leading jobsite operations preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to coordinate with GCs, PMs, and team members.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• A proactive, detail-oriented professional who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday
• Overtime available
• Saturdays as needed

Pay Range

$35 – $42 per hour
Actual pay is based on experience, certifications, leadership ability, and qualifications.
