We're seeking detailed oriented and self motived team member with multiple cross function mind set.What You&rsquo;ll Do&middot; Accounting&uml; Responsible for full accounting cycle: record and post sales, vendor invoices, credit card, account receivable &amp; account payable&uml; Maintain depreciation &amp; amortization schedule&uml; Responsible for month-end close procedures including preparation of monthly journal entries, account reconciliation and analysis of results&uml; Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting&uml; Filing of employee income reporting and supporting CPA for tax filing&middot; Manufacturing Support&uml; Costed Bill of Material (BOM)&uml; Inventory Adjustments&uml; Create timely shipment transactions from MiSys to Quickbooks&middot; General Administration&uml; Maintain employee personnel files&uml; Administration of 401K and health benefits&uml; Manage and execute processing of semi-monthly payroll and government tax reporting&uml; Maintain company requirements for insurance, workers compensation, franchise tax, licenses, permits and certifications.Qualifications&middot; Bachelors Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience&middot; 5+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment&middot; Ability to speak and read in Mandarin Chinese&middot; Proficiency in QuickBooks Software and Excel&middot; Experience with performing payroll managementCore Competencies&middot; Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills&middot; Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines&middot; Collaborative mindset with multiple cross functional teams&middot; Problem solving and decision making abilities&middot; Familiarity with key employee programs such as 401K and health insuranceWhy Lumatas?We&rsquo;re a growing, mission-driven company where each member matters.
