We're seeking detailed oriented and self motived team member with multiple cross function mind set.

What You’ll Do

· Accounting

¨ Responsible for full accounting cycle: record and post sales, vendor invoices, credit card, account receivable & account payable

¨ Maintain depreciation & amortization schedule

¨ Responsible for month-end close procedures including preparation of monthly journal entries, account reconciliation and analysis of results

¨ Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting

¨ Filing of employee income reporting and supporting CPA for tax filing

· Manufacturing Support

¨ Costed Bill of Material (BOM)

¨ Inventory Adjustments

¨ Create timely shipment transactions from MiSys to Quickbooks

· General Administration

¨ Maintain employee personnel files

¨ Administration of 401K and health benefits

¨ Manage and execute processing of semi-monthly payroll and government tax reporting

¨ Maintain company requirements for insurance, workers compensation, franchise tax, licenses, permits and certifications.

Qualifications

· Bachelors Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience

· 5+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment

· Ability to speak and read in Mandarin Chinese

· Proficiency in QuickBooks Software and Excel

· Experience with performing payroll management
