This role involves direct supervision of the workforce and contractors.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Site Execution &amp; Productivity:</li><li>Direct and coordinate the daily work of labour and contractors.</li><li>Manage material inventory, logistics, and equipment utilization to maintain schedule efficiency.</li><li>Solve on-site technical and operational problems quickly to avoid delays.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Management:</li><li>Maintain accurate Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), attendance, and material consumption records.</li><li>Ensure site discipline and effective communication between management and the workforce.</li></ul>Essential Skills<ul><li>Strong Leadership and Team Management skills.</li><li>Fluency in Marathi/Hindi/English.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
