The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue. This role requires a blend of sales acumen and marketing creativity to identify new market opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote our products/services.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Sales &amp; Business Development:</li><li>Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.</li><li>Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.</li><li>Negotiate contracts, close sales, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.</li><li>Marketing &amp; Brand Promotion:</li><li>Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, print).</li><li>Create engaging content (e.g., brochures, flyers, social media posts) to promote our brand and products.</li><li>Manage and update the company&rsquo;s website and social media profiles.</li><li>Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to generate leads and build brand awareness.</li><li>Client Relationship Management:</li><li>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.</li><li>Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.</li><li>Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.</li><li>Administrative &amp; Reporting:</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in a CRM system.</li><li>Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.</li><li>Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in a sales and/or marketing role.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.</li><li>Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing software).</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Highly organized with excellent time management skills.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development.</li><li>A collaborative and supportive work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
