Site Supervisor - (Ranjangaon)

Location : Ranjangaon MIDC, Pune

Reporting To : Project Manager / Operations Head

Experience: 1+ Years in Site Supervision (Construction, Plotting)

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in a relevant field

Job Summary

The Site Supervisor is responsible for the efficient and safe execution of all daily activities on the site. This role involves direct supervision of the workforce and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Execution & Productivity:
• Direct and coordinate the daily work of labour and contractors.
• Manage material inventory, logistics, and equipment utilization to maintain schedule efficiency.
• Solve on-site technical and operational problems quickly to avoid delays.
• Reporting & Management:
• Maintain accurate Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), attendance, and material consumption records.
• Ensure site discipline and effective communication between management and the workforce.

Essential Skills

• Strong Leadership and Team Management skills.
• Fluency in Marathi/Hindi/English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
