Job Title: Facility Supervisor – Electrical & Facility Management

Location: Bangalore

Reports To: Facility Manager / Operations Head

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Facility Supervisor to manage building operations, electrical maintenance, and overall facility arrangements in Bangalore. The role requires team leading, project coordination, vendor management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily electrical maintenance (HVAC, lifts, DG sets, fire alarms, lighting).
• Lead a team of electricians, technicians, and support staff to ensure smooth facility operations.
• Plan, organize, and implement facility arrangements for efficient functioning of the building.
• Coordinate COCO point identification, site projects, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Manage vendors, service contracts, and agreement negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, statutory regulations, and building codes.
• Maintain logs, inventory, and daily/weekly reports.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, breakdowns, or maintenance requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in facility management, electrical maintenance, or project supervision.
• Strong experience in team leading, vendor management, and facility arrangement.
• Knowledge of safety standards, preventive maintenance, and building management systems.
