The ideal candidate will bring strong management skills, culinary knowledge, and a commitment to excellence.Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service flow, and cleanliness standards</li><li>Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives</li><li>Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed</li><li>Oversee cash handling processes and reconcile daily sales using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS</li><li>Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation</li><li>Coordinate shift schedules, manage staffing levels, and oversee shift management to optimize productivity</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally</li><li>Assist in budgeting, cost control, and maximizing profitability through efficient resource management</li><li>Support kitchen management by overseeing food production, quality control, and culinary standards</li><li>Participate in interviewing potential team members to build a skilled and motivated workforce</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in restaurant management or assistant manager roles within quick service &amp; fast food or casual dining environments</li><li>Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety protocols</li><li>Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for transactions and reporting</li><li>Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising teams in hospitality or food service settings</li><li>Ability to handle cash accurately and perform cash handling duties confidently</li><li>Familiarity with inventory control practices, food management, and cost budgeting</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences</li><li>Experience with staff training &amp; development, interviewing, and team management strategies</li><li>Knowledge of kitchen operations including food production, catering, bar services, and banquet experience is a plus</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently</li></ul>Join us if you&rsquo;re ready to lead a vibrant restaurant team where your passion for hospitality can shine!
