Position: Safety OfficerQualification: B.Tech (preferably in Mechanical / Industrial Safety)Experience: 5&ndash;6 years (must have relevant site safety management experience in construction / industrial projects)Location: Site-based roleKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensure compliance with all statutory safety regulations and company HSE policies.</li><li>Conduct site safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification.</li><li>Provide induction training and toolbox talks to workers.</li><li>Monitor proper use of PPE and enforce safety practices.</li><li>Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare reports.</li><li>Coordinate with site management to implement corrective and preventive measures.</li><li>Maintain safety documentation and records as per standards.</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of occupational health &amp; safety standards.</li><li>Ability to train and guide workers on safe practices.</li><li>Good communication and reporting skills.</li><li>Proactive in identifying risks and suggesting solutions.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;45,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
