Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: Sakinaka Mumbai
Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Engineering / Corporate

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for all PAN India locations across levels (junior, mid, senior).
  • Understand manpower requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear hiring plans.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, vendors, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
  • Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and closure of positions within TAT.
  • Work closely with HR and business teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Handle recruitment vendors and consultants when required.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
  • Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously across locations
  • Good negotiation and follow-up skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Knowledge of recruitment metrics and MIS reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
