Key Requirements:

Education: MBA in Human Resource Management from a reputable institution

Experience: 6–7 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition & HR Operations

Industry Exposure: FMCG / Pharmaceutical/Retail industry preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning

Manage HR operations, including payroll, attendance, EOBI, employee relations (ER) & industrial relations (IR)

Hands-on experience with HR software (Decibel)

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
