Head of Human Resources

Dawat-e-Islami Trust is looking for an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead HR operations, policy development, and employee welfare initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment, selection, performance management, and employee welfare programs.
• Develop HR policies, SOPs, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Prepare HR analytics, metrics, and advanced data reports for management decision-making.

Requirements:

• Education: MBA / M.Phil. in Human Resources.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.

Skills:

• People management, leadership, and effective communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
