Location - (Karachi)

Job Description (Summary)

Talent Management

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, on boarding, and induction processes.
  • Support workforce planning with departmental heads and guide HR team on sourcing, interviews, and documentation.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Manage monthly payroll processing, overtime validation, and statutory compliance through HCM.
  • Administer employee benefits including Provident Fund, medical & life insurance, and coordinate claims processing.
  • Liaise with Finance on payroll summaries, deductions, loans, and benefits administration.

HR Operations & Reporting

  • Prepare monthly HR reports covering headcount, attrition, payroll movements, and employee changes.
  • Conduct attrition analysis, exit interviews, and support retention initiatives.
  • Assist in performance reporting, quarterly reviews, and employee documentation management.

HRIS & HCM Management

  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS/HCM systems and oversee lifecycle updates.
  • Support HCM implementation, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and staff training.
  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and secure maintenance of employee records.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns.
  • Support engagement initiatives, counselling, and employee well-being programs.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • MBA (HR) preferred
  • 3–6 years of HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and payroll processing
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll software
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
