Join our dynamic team as a Production Incharge and play a key role in ensuring efficient, high-quality, and compliant manufacturing operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Incorporate approved production plans into the ERP system in a timely manner.</li><li>Ensure smooth and accurate execution of production as per the approved plan.</li><li>Coordinate with the materials department to ensure the availability of raw materials.</li><li>Take proactive measures to minimize material wastage on the production floor.</li><li>Monitor and maintain hygienic and safe working conditions within the plant.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with GMP and SOPs across all operations.</li><li>Oversee and ensure timely execution of preventive maintenance schedules.</li><li>Implement corrective measures for worker health, safety, and housekeeping.</li><li>Supervise production floor activities to achieve daily and monthly targets.</li><li>Maintain strict confidentiality and security of factory-related data.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role within the FMCG or Pharmaceutical industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of production planning, GMP, and ERP systems.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
