The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented and is able to multi task in a fast paced environment. Cashiers are responsible for making payments, answering phone calls, taking orders, light cleaning, providing excellent customer service, and other duties that may arise over time.Essential Functions:<ul><li>Make payments on credit cards, cash, and write checks.</li><li>Fulfill orders via third party apps such as UberEats, GrubHub &amp; Door Dash.</li><li>Answer customer questions about our products and services.</li><li>Provide customer service by responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner and responding with the appropriate solutions or services in a courteous manner.</li><li>Handle customer complaints in a timely manner.</li><li>Maintain the tidiness of the work area.</li><li>Be familiar with all the food options that we offer.</li><li>Assist customers by providing information about food, answering questions, or taking other calls when necessary.</li><li>Follow all safety guidelines and procedures as outlined in company handbook.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Experience &amp; Education: &middot;Previous experience in customer service or cashier is preferred but not required. &middot;Previous experience working with money is preferred but not required. &middot;A minimum of 18 years of age is required; &middot;A minimum of 6 months of experience working in a retail environment or restaurantPay: $17.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Shift:<ul><li>10 hour shift</li><li>12 hour shift</li><li>8 hour shift</li><li>Day shift</li><li>Evening shift</li><li>Morning shift</li></ul>Work Location: In person
