Job Title: Real Estate Agent (Commission-Based) &ndash; DubaiJob Description: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and be capable of independently handling property sales and rentals.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and engage potential buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants</li><li>List, market, and promote residential and/or commercial properties</li><li>Conduct property viewings and client meetings</li><li>Negotiate deals and close property transactions</li><li>Maintain strong client relationships and provide professional guidance throughout the process</li><li>Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends and regulations</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in Dubai</li><li>Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets</li><li>Own car is mandatory for property viewings and client meetings</li><li>Valid UAE driving license preferred</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Commission-based structure with high earning potential</li></ul>Location: Dubai, UAE!!!
