We pride ourselves on creating a serene, high-end environment where clients feel pampered, confident, and cared for.Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented, personable, and style-conscious Luxury Spa &amp; Lifestyle Associate to join our growing brand. This role blends hands-on client service with brand representation, requiring someone who is passionate about beauty, wellness, and creating a luxe experience both in-person and online.Services You&rsquo;ll Provide<ul><li>Brazilian &amp; full body waxing</li><li>Head spa treatments</li><li>Relaxation massage</li><li>Body wraps</li><li>Lash services</li><li>Brow services (shaping, tinting, laminations, etc.)</li><li>Cupping therapy</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide exceptional spa and wellness services, ensuring a relaxing and high-end client experience</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing workspace aligned with the Luxe Living brand</li><li>Assist with client scheduling, communication, and follow-ups</li><li>Support content creation for social media (photos, videos, behind-the-scenes moments)</li><li>Represent the brand with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail</li><li>Recommend products and services tailored to client needs</li><li>Stay up-to-date on beauty, wellness, and luxury lifestyle trends</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Background in esthetics, beauty, wellness, or customer service preferred</li><li>Valid license (if performing spa services, as required by state law)</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Eye for aesthetics and luxury presentation</li><li>Comfortable with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated</li><li>Passion for creating a high-end client experience</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience with spa treatments (facials, body treatments, cupping, etc.)</li><li>Basic photography or content creation skills</li><li>Sales experience in beauty or wellness products</li><li>Knowledge of luxury branding and client experience</li><li>Lives in the O'Fallon area preferred</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>A beautiful, upscale work environment</li><li>Opportunities for growth within a luxury brand</li><li>Flexible scheduling (Closed Sundays)</li><li>Employee discounts on services and products</li><li>Creative input in a growing lifestyle brand</li><li>Additional pay (tips plus commission)</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease submit your resume along with a brief introduction and any relevant experience to luxelivingwithlaurie@gmail.com.Pay: From $15.00 per hourWork Location: In person
