Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, personable, and style-conscious Luxury Spa & Lifestyle Associate to join our growing brand. This role blends hands-on client service with brand representation, requiring someone who is passionate about beauty, wellness, and creating a luxe experience both in-person and online.

Services You’ll Provide

• Brazilian & full body waxing
• Head spa treatments
• Relaxation massage
• Body wraps
• Lash services
• Brow services (shaping, tinting, laminations, etc.)
• Cupping therapy

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional spa and wellness services, ensuring a relaxing and high-end client experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing workspace aligned with the Luxe Living brand
• Assist with client scheduling, communication, and follow-ups
• Support content creation for social media (photos, videos, behind-the-scenes moments)
• Represent the brand with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail
• Recommend products and services tailored to client needs
• Stay up-to-date on beauty, wellness, and luxury lifestyle trends

Qualifications

• Background in esthetics, beauty, wellness, or customer service preferred
• Valid license (if performing spa services, as required by state law)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eye for aesthetics and luxury presentation
• Comfortable with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Passion for creating a high-end client experience

Preferred Skills

• Experience with spa treatments (facials, body treatments, cupping, etc.)
• Basic photography or content creation skills
• Sales experience in beauty or wellness products
• Knowledge of luxury branding and client experience
• Lives in the O'Fallon area preferred
