We are looking for a results-driven Shopify Manager to scale our premium iPhone case brand across online platforms. The ideal candidate will be experienced in e-commerce product research, paid advertising, and operations, with a proven ability to grow revenue, optimize costs, and improve overall ROI.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Product Research &amp; Listing</li><li>Research and identify trending iPhone case designs and variants.</li><li>Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Shopify and marketplaces.</li><li>Revenue Growth &amp; AOV Improvement</li><li>Increase daily orders and overall revenue.</li><li>Develop strategies to boost average order value (AOV).</li><li>Meta Ads &amp; Paid Marketing</li><li>Run, optimize, and scale Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads to maximize ROAS.</li><li>Plan and test other advertising channels for sustainable growth.</li><li>Cost Control &amp; Operations</li><li>Reduce shipping costs, product costs, packaging costs, and return-to-origin (RTO).</li><li>Improve delivery success rate and logistics efficiency.</li><li>Business Development</li><li>Develop and implement ad strategies to expand customer acquisition.</li><li>Work on retention strategies (remarketing, automation, loyalty programs).</li><li>Provide insights and reports on campaign performance and sales growth.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience managing Shopify stores in the iPhone accessories or mobile cases category preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and experience handling 6&ndash;7 figure monthly ad spends.</li><li>Familiarity with other ad platforms (Google, marketplaces, influencer marketing) is a plus.</li><li>Ability to manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, including shipping, RTO, and cost optimization.</li><li>Data-driven mindset with excellent reporting and analytical skills.</li><li>Self-motivated, with the ability to drive measurable results.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.</li><li>Opportunity to lead and scale a growing premium iPhone case brand.</li><li>Entrepreneurial work environment with high ownership.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Facebook Advertising: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
