We are hiring an experienced Shopify Manager to scale and manage daily operations for our mobile case e-commerce brand. The ideal candidate must be strong in Shopify, analytics, Meta Ads coordination, and performance optimization.Key Responsibilities Sales Growth &amp; Performance<ul><li>Increase and maintain daily order volume and achieve monthly targets.</li><li>Improve and maintain AOV (Average Order Value).</li><li>Reduce RTO, cancellations, and increase net delivery percentage.</li><li>Improve ROI on Meta Ads and monitoring daily performance.</li><li>Maintain and track all KPI metrics consistently.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; KPI Management<ul><li>Maintain daily, weekly &amp; monthly KPI reports.</li><li>Prepare weekly performance reports (sales, ads, RTO, delivery %, inventory).</li><li>Maintain all data properly on Google Sheets / Excel with 100% accuracy.</li><li>Analyze data and recommend actionable strategies.</li></ul>Shopify Store Operations<ul><li>Maintain and manage inventory, prevent overstock and out-of-stock issues.</li><li>Ensure smooth order fulfilment and tracking updates.</li><li>Implement strategies to increase revenue and improve store conversion.</li></ul>Logistics &amp; Shipping<ul><li>Work with courier partners to reduce shipping cost.</li><li>Monitor delivery performance and ensure timely dispatch.</li><li>Resolve delivery issues and escalate when required.</li></ul>Strategy &amp; Optimization<ul><li>Monitor ads campaigns, product performance, conversions.</li><li>Test new products, creatives, and implement new revenue strategies.</li><li>Improve processes for smooth and efficient operations.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience with Shopify, e-commerce operations &amp; Meta Ads .</li><li>Strong data understanding (Excel/Sheets mandatory).</li><li>Good problem-solving, communication, and execution skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Facebook Advertising: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
