Amazon Growth Manager / Amazon Ads Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Amazon Growth Manager / Ads Specialist to manage and scale our Amazon marketplace business for mobile accessories, especially mobile covers. The role focuses on sales growth, advertising optimization, listing performance, and marketplace expansion through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Amazon Ads & Performance Marketing

  • Plan, create, and manage Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
  • Optimize campaigns based on ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and conversion performance.
  • Perform keyword research, search term mining, and competitor analysis.
  • Control daily/monthly advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Scale winning campaigns and reduce ad wastage.

2. Marketplace Growth & Sales Strategy

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase Amazon sales and visibility.
  • Monitor category trends for mobile accessories and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage product launches, ranking strategies, and keyword indexing.
  • Improve organic ranking through listing optimization and ad synergy.

3. Listing Optimization

  • Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content, and backend keywords.
  • Ensure SEO optimization aligned with Amazon search algorithms.
  • Coordinate with design/content teams for images, creatives, and brand content.
  • Improve product conversion rates through listing improvements.

4. Catalogue & Inventory Management

  • Manage SKU listings, variations, and catalog health.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations/logistics teams.
  • Prevent stock-outs and maintain healthy inventory planning.

5. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Track daily sales performance and marketplace KPIs.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Analyze competitor pricing, promotions, and category benchmarks.
  • Provide actionable insights for revenue growth.

6. Promotions & Deal Management

  • Plan Lightning Deals, Coupons, Promotions, and Seasonal Campaigns.
  • Manage pricing strategies to remain competitive.
  • Execute sale events like Prime Day, Great Indian Festival, and seasonal sales.

7. Account Health & Compliance

  • Maintain Amazon account health metrics.
  • Handle listing suppressions, policy compliance, and performance notifications.
  • Coordinate with Amazon Seller Support when required.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & Advertising Console.
  • Expertise in Amazon PPC & keyword research tools.
  • Understanding of Amazon SEO & ranking factors.
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Experience in mobile accessories or consumer electronics preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2–5 years experience in Amazon marketplace management.
  • Experience handling high-SKU catalogs (mobile covers/accessories).
  • Knowledge of Flipkart or other marketplaces is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk, etc.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
