Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team! This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise across various channels, including retail, outside sales, and telemarketing, all while ensuring customer satisfaction remains at the forefront of your efforts.Duties<ul><li>Engage with customers over the phone, or via digital channels to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.</li><li>Minimum 2 years experience in transportation industry.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, terms, and service packages to close sales effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships.</li><li>Manage sales administration tasks such as processing orders, updating customer records, and tracking sales performance.</li><li>Utilize analysis skills to identify market trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for growth.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly, answering questions thoroughly, and ensuring a positive experience.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in transportation industry</li><li>Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.</li><li>Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency to serve diverse customer bases confidently.</li><li>Excellent communication skills&mdash;both verbal and written&mdash;to clearly convey product benefits and listen actively to customer needs.</li><li>Knowledge of sales administration processes and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools for tracking interactions.</li><li>Analytical skills to interpret market data, customer feedback, and sales metrics for strategic planning.</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
