Customer Service/Sales Representative

Duties

• Engage with customers over the phone, or via digital channels to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Minimum 2 years experience in transportation industry.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service packages to close sales effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Manage sales administration tasks such as processing orders, updating customer records, and tracking sales performance.
• Utilize analysis skills to identify market trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for growth.
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly, answering questions thoroughly, and ensuring a positive experience.

Skills

• Proven experience in transportation industry
• Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency to serve diverse customer bases confidently.
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly convey product benefits and listen actively to customer needs.
• Knowledge of sales administration processes and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools for tracking interactions.
• Analytical skills to interpret market data, customer feedback, and sales metrics for strategic planning.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
