Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Administrator cum Accountant.Preferred Key skills:<ul><li>Proficiency in accounting software (Google sheets, MS Excel)</li><li>Handling accounts payable and receivable</li><li>Preparing financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&amp;L, Cash Flow)</li><li>Bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance</li><li>Managing petty cash and daily cash flow records</li><li>Assisting with budget preparation and expense control</li><li>Tax compliance &ndash; GST/VAT, TDS, income tax filing support</li><li>Payroll processing and employee reimbursements</li><li>Coordinating with auditors for year-end closing</li><li>Office coordination and general administration</li><li>Maintaining employee records, attendance, and leave registers</li><li>Managing procurement and vendor relationships</li><li>Overseeing office maintenance and supplies</li><li>Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements</li><li>Handling communication with clients, banks, and government offices</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)</li><li>Social media handling skill is a plus point.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: &#8377;7,500.00 - &#8377;12,500.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
