Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Administrator cum Accountant.
Preferred Key skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software (Google sheets, MS Excel)
- Handling accounts payable and receivable
- Preparing financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)
- Bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance
- Managing petty cash and daily cash flow records
- Assisting with budget preparation and expense control
- Tax compliance – GST/VAT, TDS, income tax filing support
- Payroll processing and employee reimbursements
- Coordinating with auditors for year-end closing
- Office coordination and general administration
- Maintaining employee records, attendance, and leave registers
- Managing procurement and vendor relationships
- Overseeing office maintenance and supplies
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handling communication with clients, banks, and government offices
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Social media handling skill is a plus point.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
