Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in project management, account management, and experience with SaaS platforms such as Salesforce. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a fast-paced environment focused on delivering tailored solutions to our clients in the financial services sector.Duties<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction</li><li>Manage client accounts, including onboarding, renewals, and ongoing support to foster long-term relationships</li><li>Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and service requests</li></ul>&middot; Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling SaaS solutions&middot; Manage and track customer orders using QuickBooks, including order entry, updates, invoicing support, and coordination with internal teams<ul><li>Conduct analysis of client data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks</li><li>Assist in the development of client-specific strategies aligned with their business goals</li><li>Provide feedback to internal teams regarding product enhancements based on client needs and industry trends</li><li>Support project management initiatives related to client onboarding and service delivery</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively</li><li>Proven experience in account management within SaaS or financial services industries</li><li>Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and sales activities</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly</li><li>Customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting client relationships</li><li>Knowledge of marketing strategies and analysis skills to interpret data for strategic decision-making</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively across teams including sales, marketing, and product development</li><li>Familiarity with SaaS solutions, customer relationship management tools, and financial services industry standards</li></ul>This role is ideal for candidates eager to grow their expertise in client relations while contributing directly to our company&rsquo;s success.
