Client Services Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in fostering strong client relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a background in project management, account management, and experience with SaaS platforms such as Salesforce. Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Manage client accounts, including onboarding, renewals, and ongoing support to foster long-term relationships
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and service requests

· Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling SaaS solutions

· Manage and track customer orders using QuickBooks, including order entry, updates, invoicing support, and coordination with internal teams

  • Conduct analysis of client data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks
  • Assist in the development of client-specific strategies aligned with their business goals
  • Provide feedback to internal teams regarding product enhancements based on client needs and industry trends
  • Support project management initiatives related to client onboarding and service delivery

Skills

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
  • Proven experience in account management within SaaS or financial services industries
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and sales activities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting client relationships
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and analysis skills to interpret data for strategic decision-making
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams including sales, marketing, and product development
  • Familiarity with SaaS solutions, customer relationship management tools, and financial services industry standards
