 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Record and maintain daily financial transactions such as invoices, receipts, payments and journal entries
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and reconcile bank statements, accounts payable and accounts receivable
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with payroll processing and ensure correct posting of related entries
 </li>
 <li>
 Support month-end and year-end closing activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare financial reports, statements and supporting schedules
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage billing, collections and vendor payments efficiently
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards and BIR regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with external auditors, consultants and vendors as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain organised and audit-ready financial documentation

 </ul>
 What you will bring
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or general accounting
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems such as MYOB, Xero or SAP
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent attention to detail, organisation and analytical skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 CPA licence or current CPA studies is an advantage but not required
