Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions such as invoices, receipts, payments and journal entries
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements, accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assist with payroll processing and ensure correct posting of related entries
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare financial reports, statements and supporting schedules
• Manage billing, collections and vendor payments efficiently
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards and BIR regulations
• Coordinate with external auditors, consultants and vendors as needed
• Maintain organised and audit-ready financial documentation
  
  

What you will bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or general accounting
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems such as MYOB, Xero or SAP
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
• CPA licence or current CPA studies is an advantage but not required
