Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and content creation, with a focus on driving engagement, conversions, and brand growth across multiple platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our digital presence and influence our overall marketing success.Duties<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.</li><li>Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other performance marketing channels.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.</li><li>Oversee content creation including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia content using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop.</li><li>Manage content management systems like WordPress and other CMS platforms to ensure website content is current and optimized.</li><li>Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, analyze data trends, and generate actionable insights.</li><li>Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and improve lead nurturing processes.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support B2B marketing initiatives and e-commerce strategies.</li><li>Perform conversion optimization by analyzing user behavior and adjusting campaigns or website elements accordingly.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Expertise in content creation, copywriting, graphic design, social media management (including Facebook), and content management systems like WordPress.</li><li>Familiarity with conversion optimization techniques and performance marketing strategies.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.</li><li>Experience in B2B marketing and e-commerce environments is preferred.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
