The Role
We&rsquo;re looking for an exceptionally organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our co-founders (CEO and COO).
At its core, this is a classic EA role&mdash;managing calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel, and logistics&mdash;but in a fast-moving startup environment where things change quickly and no two days look the same.
You&rsquo;ll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly, so our founders can focus on scaling Lyv. You will get a front-row seat to what it&rsquo;s like to run a business and direct mentorship from the founders.
If you come from a non-traditional background, are highly organized, and want to accelerate your career, this is for you. If you&rsquo;re looking for a cushy 9-5 remote work situation, we&rsquo;ll be upfront about it, this is not it.
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Own and manage busy calendars across both founders</li><li>
Coordinate meetings and calls with internal and external stakeholders</li><li>
Plan and manage travel logistics (flights, hotels, itineraries)</li><li>
Organize team offsites and events</li><li>
Help manage day-to-day office operations</li><li>
Jump in on a variety of administrative and coordination tasks that support the founders</li></ul>

The Role
We're looking for a Clinical Operations Coordinator to monitor and scale the way we connect our customers to clinical services. You will work directly with the founders to manage our growing pipeline of orders and products to ensure high-quality, efficient, and personalized clinical support is delivered.
We already have early traction with wellness businesses and their clients delivering services like blood testing, prescriptions, peptides, and more. Now we need someone who can manage and monitor how orders move from request to fulfillment to follow-up, shape how Lyv shows up clinically, and push reliability to the next level.
This is a role for a highly organized and motivated person &mdash; someone who wants to roll up their sleeves, work the queue, experiment, and figure out what the best process looks like.
This role is based in NYC (Midtown) with 3 days in office and the rest remotely. 
Requirements 
 
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Manage the end-to-end clinical operations function from order intake through fulfillment and follow-up</li><li>
Work the queue by processing orders, managing exceptions, and staying close to providers and patients</li><li>
Review and refine scripts, patient instructions, and education materials and help establish the Lyv clinical voice</li><li>
Triage inbound patient messages and develop the Lyv voice in customer service</li><li>
Support care coordination across patients, providers, and the wellness businesses</li><li>
Manage relationships with clinical and fulfillment partners that power our service</li></ul>
Who You Are<ul><li>
Clinically fluent &mdash; Medical Assistant, Licensed Vocational Nurse, clinical coordinator, or similar experience in office management, reviewing scripts, handling patient comms, and knowing when to escalate</li><li>
Healthcare and/or startup background &mdash; you've worn multiple hats, love being hands-on, and are comfortable with ambiguity</li><li>
Detail-oriented systems thinker &mdash; you catch issues early and enjoy turning manual processes into scalable ones</li><li>
Patient-first and high-service instincts &mdash; a high bar for service and clinical care, or similar experience at a concierge clinic</li><li>
Strong communicator &mdash; you build trust with patients, clinicians, and coworkers quickly</li></ul>
