 Role Overview:
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for a Motion Graphic Designer with a sharp eye for design, a strong grasp of visual storytelling, and a hunger to learn and grow. You&rsquo;ll support our creative team in bringing ideas to life across digital, social, and print platforms. The ideal candidate has a solid design foundation, is eager to build on their skills, and brings a positive, collaborative energy to the table.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and produce 2D motion graphics and animations for videos, social media, advertisements, presentations, and websites.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design eye-catching 2D static graphics, including banners, posters, infographics, social media posts, and marketing collateral.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project objectives and deliver creative solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Edit and enhance video content to integrate motion graphics smoothly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay updated on design trends, animation techniques, and industry tools to continuously improve content quality.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience (1+ years preferred) as a Motion Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and 2D design work.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in motion graphics and design software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Premiere Pro or similar.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong creative vision with attention to detail and ability to bring ideas to life visually.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We're Looking For:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 - 6 months+ experience in a graphic design role (agency experience is a plus)
 </li>
 <li>
 - A solid portfolio showcasing creative thinking and execution across digital or print
 </li>
 <li>
 - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Figma or Canva is a bonus
 </li>
 <li>
 - Good understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
 </li>
 <li>
 - Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects) is a plus, not a must
 </li>
 <li>
 - A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail
 </li>
 <li>
 - Willingness to learn, take initiative, and push your creative limits
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Nice-to-Have-
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 - Exposure to or interest in generative AI tools like MidJourney, Firefly, Chatgpt etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 - Some familiarity with Branding design and Pitches
 </li>
 <li>
 - An understanding of basic production processes (for print/digital outputs)
 </li>
